Water Separator

One of the used solution in the compressed air treatment systems is a set of water condensation equipment that plays an important role in maintaining the optimal performance of the system.
Basically, this type of equipment is designed to separate water droplets from the compressed air system and is installed at the air compressor outlet.

The internal structure is designed and constructed in such a way that using the centrifugal method, water droplets and other impurities, including oil with water droplets, are separated by condensation and are removed from the system by the automatic discharge nozzle. This accrues increase the service life of compressed air plant.

This equipment can remove up to 90% of the water in compressed air system. Generally, this process is used for the following purposes in the compressed air system:

• Increasing the life service of micro filters
• Increasing air dryer efficiency
• Increase the life service of desiccants in absorbtion dryers
• Protection of systems in which the production and distribution system is operating in cold areas

HATCO produces and supplies this series of used equipment in compressed air treatment system in two types:
• Alloy steel shell with threaded / flange connections (depending on capacity / project requirement)
• Aluminum shell with threaded connections (mainly for Lower capacities)
